Your safety is important to us.
We do not " leave keys under the mat" or " lock them in the house/barn"
Please leave a spare key with a trusted neighbor or lock box ( we need the PIN) in the event of a emergency.
To serve your animals the best while you are away, please be sure you have extra supplies on hand!
Cleaning supplies, extra food, blankets, medications, supplements, etc.
We don't mind running to the store for extras in the event of a emergency, if you don't mind compensating for our time and receipt.
We have backup vehicles and staff to assist in the even of a emergency or illness on our end. Please have a list of backups available on your end. Extra contacts in the event we can not contact you while you are away.
Its also a good idea to have a phone number of emergency plumbers or other maintenance related services for your property available.
We are not responsible for snow, if we can not get to your home/farm because of snow you must make accommodations!
We want to cross all the t's and dot all the i's before you head out. Meet and Greets are the perfect opportunity where we learn about your animals and needs.
Before our visit take time to jot down:
Daily Routine, Medications, Personality, Fears/Separation Anxiety, Aggression/Triggers, Current ID tags and photo, Designated Pet Guardian, Credit Card on file with your Veterinarian in the event of a emergency.
Above all we offer services for your animals with safety in mind! We do our very best to provide a fun, engaging and safe experience.
Please notify Emergency contacts, Security systems, Veterinarian, Pet Guardians, or anyone that should be the person to contact for potential emergencies of our timeframe and visits. Being proactive makes a world of difference in the event of a unlikely emergency.
We serve small farms, homesteads, families and pet owners alike. WE DO NOT serve large commercial farms or commercial animals.
Your pets care and happiness is our priority while you are away.
All our Clients are required to fill out our intake form and Contract. This ensures that your needs and our services are on the same page in a clear and direct fashion for both parties.
Payment is required at time of invoice.
For your safety and ours we do not accept payment the day of or after services are rendered.
The safest option is to have all the details taken care of before you leave so that you can enjoy your time away and have one less thing to worry about upon your return.

Cancellations: Your reservation takes availability away from other potential clients and we may not be able to fill your time slot meaning loss of work for us. Please be considerate of our time as we are of yours.
Deposits are 100% refundable if your booking/reservation is canceled 30 days before the service start date. For cancellations made 29 to 8 days before the service start date, deposits will be held as credit for future bookings. No refunds within 7 days of the service start date.
